HOW TO USE
NB: System works best with office 2013 and above which has to be installed first. You can download Microsoft Office Software from this link (3.3GB): https://sharebility.b-cdn.net/software/MicrosoftOffice-2013-2016-2019.iso

Create a copy of the DataEntry System for each class.

On Class Teacher sheet, the students details are added. Class teacher may adjust the grading and auto comment settings as well.

Other subject teachers enter only the scores for activities of integration / construct assessment items done per topic and comments on the respective subject tabs. A Teacher first specifies the OUT OF / maximum possible score for the assessment before entering the learner's scores in the column. Some comments / descriptors are now automated but teacher can override the default comments with custom ones.

After the data entry, you can open the Report System (publisher file) and connect it to the DataEntry System @atsharebility sheet and then customise your report design before generating the reports using the mailings feature. There are two alternative report layout designs, a school chooses either a detailed 2-page report with descriptor per construct, or the 1-page summary with one overall remark for each subject.

Report generating tool for Science class has been included for free evaluation. The one for Arts will be included in final v2.0 which can be ordered via webservices.sharebility.net / +256393101998

You can use the summary sheet for printouts of results sheet. Feel free to copy the data to a new blank workbook, format it and delete columns you may not need before printing.
